Welcome to Village Green Co-op

Our town houses were for sale and started to be built in 1978 under the name College Green. After the builder went bankrupt, the federal government stepped in and turned us into a Section 95 co-operative in 1979. Our first members moved in in 1980.

Village Green consists of 116 townhouses ranging in size from 2 to 4-bedroom units that encompass 3 streets. Our Co-op is a family-oriented community which contains amenities such as a rec centre, in-ground pool, and park area for the children to enjoy.

Each unit has parking for 2 vehicles, one in the garage and one on the driveway and your own enclosed backyard. Your housing charge also includes water and cable. In 2024 internet will also be included in your housing charge.
